How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in Asia will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.
If you are unsatisfied with your order - please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We do not issue the refund if:
Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

I wish i can give it a 5 star it actually works i lost 2 inches of my waist in 2 weeks the only thing i don't like about it the machine comes with level 1 to 5 and mode 1 to 5 but the instructions don't say anything about it so i have no idea how use it i only, i been having it in mode 0 and level 1
This device is just amazing!!! I have stubborn belly fat that I am trying this out on. I figured for the price it was worth the chance. The machine comes packaged nicely and with protective eye wear too. It has a lot of features that I haven't fully explored yet as it does so much. I have mainly been using it on my "mom tummy".

I hate my fats and my stomach has a huge fats. I have been using this product for pretty much two weeks now. I can see the results already. I wont regret buying this as im already seeing results.
I tried every function with the good guide, great device. it doesn't require any gel, but i use with my ultrasonic gel. After using it for 5 days i can already feel that i'v loss some fat around my belly. i will keep to using it until i get better results.

Only over certain areas can you feel the very light and fast vibrations. please follow the directions in the manual for length of treatments because you can feel where you have treated yourself for several minutes after the treatment ended.
