How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in Asia will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.
If you are unsatisfied with your order - please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We do not issue the refund if:
Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

I love all these products and they work GREAT!! I tried one and now I am back ordering the entire line! They work Better than many of the products I have spent HUNDREDS buying! ...and when you first get it...put it in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it! Then, for dry skin...mix your foundation with it. NEVER RUB under the eye ...only dab...DO NOT USE a SPONGE either! The warmth of your finger will help melt the foundation into the pores! Also,,,for aging apply from the outside of your eyes towards the inside...towards your nose....and only use your ring finger...it applies the least pressure typically. Dab dab dab LIGHTLY! I LOVE THIS STUFF! ... Here are my pictures after using this 1 year...NO PLASTIC SURGERY...and I am 57! Seriously!! AND NO FILTERS! I can even use powders again!

Means with hyaluronic acid in a transparent plastic bubble with a pipette. It is convenient to apply a pipette on the skin without leaning against the serum. Delivery to Ukraine took 2 weeks. Packed was good, during transportation nothing damaged. The serum itself except the box goes in a glass jar, the volume is 15 ml. With pipette, which is very convenient to use. Also in the box there is a liner with information about the way of use in english and Russian languages, for which thanks to the store. The serum itself is transparent with a weak pleasant smell. About the effect is still early to speak, as i use only a few days, but how it moisturizes i like.
